Your plan follows your hotel. Add rooms and it moves up from the next month; take rooms out and it moves down. Never in the middle of a month.
Five products, five logins, five support numbers — what a 25-room hotel normally pays for the same list.
Fourteen days free, and a person who sets it up with you.
Name, hotel, phone. No card. The full system, all your rooms, for fourteen days.
Room types, rates, plans, your channel connection. We do not leave you with an empty screen and a manual — a hotel set up wrong is a hotel that leaves in week two.
Real bookings, real bills, real staff. If it does not fit your hotel you walk away and owe nothing.
Billed monthly on a mandate you can cancel yourself, with a GST invoice each month for your accounts.
Yes. Not a higher tier and not an add-on. If you already pay for one, tell us which — where we can connect to it we will, and your plan drops by ₹1,500 a month.
Yours. Your guests, your rates, your accounts. Export it whenever you want, and if you ever leave it stays available for ninety days.
We try three times over a week and tell you each time. Even after that your front desk keeps working — bookings, check-in, check-out and billing never stop. A payment problem is between us and you, never between you and a guest standing at your counter.
No. The monthly plan has no commitment. The annual plan is twenty percent cheaper and is still paid month by month, so nothing large is ever taken at once.
Only if you let them. A receptionist has no money screens at all, and a manager sees his own hotel and nothing else. Every rate change, discount and refund carries the name of whoever did it.
Us, in Kolkata, in Hindi or Bangla. We run hotels ourselves — the person on the phone knows what a night audit is.
